Exercise can result in better sleep. Routine physical activity can help you to fall asleep faster and deepen your sleep. Just be careful not to exercise too close to bedtime or you may be too energized to fall asleep.

Exercise can combat health conditions and diseases. Regular physical activity can help prevent or manage a wide range of health problems and concerns.

Overall any increase in exercise throughout your daily routine can have a positive impact on your overall health. So even if it is for a few minutes a day to start, put on your sneakers and enjoy the fall weather!
